About the Role
We are seeking experienced Andrologists to explore opportunities with premier fertility programs across the United States. Positions may be full-time, part-time, or per-diem/locum, offering the chance to work in modern laboratories performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that support male reproductive health and IVF programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform semen analysis, sperm preparation, cryopreservation, and thawing.
• Assist with ICSI preparation and donor sample processing.
• Maintain precise lab records and quality control in compliance with CAP/CLIA standards.
• Collaborate with embryologists and physicians to support clinical outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, Reproductive Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of andrology or IVF lab experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• A candidate must already be authorized to work in the United States.
